Join us for a fall picnic on the farm and enjoy a gorgeous picnic-scape by Table in the Weeds as you relax among the fall colors and fresh air! You’ll also get to create a gorgeous seasonal flower bouquet with both fresh flowers and grasses you pick on the farm paired with seasonal dried flowers.

Picnic set ups will be arranged in the fields surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape. Includes: Picnic place setting of plates, utensils, glassware and napkin and LaCroix sparkling water. You’ll bring your own food and are welcome to bring additional beverages to enjoy.

Complementary lavender lemonade and water are provided at the barn and our farm stand shop with lavender inspired home, bath, body, wellness and culinary goodies will be open for exploring.

Enjoy a fun and relaxing yoga experience with the worlds most adorable goats! Fairborn’s own, GoatCountry will lead you in a gentle yoga flow while you get to practice your balancing skills with little goat hooves on your back! You’re guaranteed to have a smile on your face!

After the one hour goat yoga practice, you’ll get to explore the farm and pick a bundle of lavender and wildflowers to take home!

Make your own hand-woven snowflakes using the famous Carolina Snowflake pattern developed by Billie Ruth Sudduth, a design that once hung in the white house!

You’ll weave two 12 inch snowflakes that when joined together, create an eye catching hand-made decoration for your holiday table, tree or mantle!

Celebrate the flavors of the season with a beautiful evening overlooking the fields while local Chef Sammy of All my Friends are Flowers prepares a farm to table meal.

Autumn harvest menu includes:

• Roasted butternut squash soup with apples and thyme, topped with creme fraiche

• Duck confit arugula salad, goat cheese, smoked cherries, crispy fried leeks, and apple cider vinaigrette

• Warm tea and lemon lavender shortbread cookie which you’ll be able to ice yourself and decorate with edible flowers

Meal includes raspberry lavender lemonade and water, and you’re welcome to bring your own beverages to enjoy as well.

After the meal, wander the flower fields to pick a bundle of seasonal wildflowers and lavender!

Join us at Cedar Ridge Trails for a hand-building workshop to learn the basics of slab building.  In this workshop led by MADE Ceramics, we will use slump molds and impression techniques to create a set of 2 floral plates. Included with each registration is a U-pick bundle of lavender and wildflowers.

Leave your creation with us, and we will fire, glaze, and fire it again for you to pick up and enjoy at MADE, a ceramic art studio in Dayton. This process usually takes about four weeks.

After a catered lunch, you’ll relax under the shade of the wooded hillside as you’re guided through a peaceful meditation and wander the flower fields to pick a bundle of lavender and wildflowers.

Lavender painting is on 16x20 canvas using acrylic paint.
